The Fujairah Tourism and Antiquities Authority was established by Decree No. (3) of 2009 issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council of the Federation and Ruler of Fujairah, as an independent body enjoying legal and legal personality.
